I like to discuss the legal issues involved in the use of Twitter and other social media tools by public officials and agencies. This blog started out as a way for me to share my experience of various labor law violations while employed at the San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles, but after being blocked on Twitter by a San Jose official for my Tweet, in which I asked her to NOT support wage theft, this blog turned into something very different.
